The benefit is being able to draw a card (and everyone loves cards)

While this is far too slow all round to be much good against quick decks on its own it still complements other cards very nicely

I dont know if its too slow to impact Standard or not, but this will for sure murder people in EDH

Voltron decks regularly pack a Kazuuls Fury as an emergency button

The interaction between first strike and on-hit effects is honestly not something I can recall many (or any) cards utilizing, and I think its a really cool way to make this work

Red isn't quite as efficient at blowing things up outright, but it has much more flexibility
